APEMAN is committed to ensuring that each customer is completely satisfied with his or her purchase. We are so confident in our products that orders can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the shipping date. You can manage your return and request a return label by logging into your customer account HERE. Returns are sent to 4060 West Fairmount Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85019 USA. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of the items by APEMAN. It may take an additional 3-5 days for the funds to post to your account depending upon your financial institution.

EXCHANGES*

We do not offer exchanges, as we cannot guarantee your requested item or size will be in stock. If you wish to exchange any APEMAN product for a different size, color or style within the US, we recommend you first order the correct item on our website, then ship your return back to us following the steps above. Returns being made from outside of the US can be sent to: Apeman Strong, 4060 West Fairmount Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85019 USA. 

 

DEFECTIVE/FLAWED PRODUCTS

APEMAN stands behind all of our products. If your product has a workmanship or material flaw, you may return it for a full refund.

If you reside within the US, simply return the item to us.

 

*Customers will be responsible for shipping fees on all international returns/exchanges. APEMAN will credit international customers back on any shipping fees for a defective/flawed product at time of receipt of the product in our facility.
