We begin with cotton grown and harvested on American soil, which is then processed into yarn in North Carolina. The yarn travels sustainably by US railroads to California, where it is transformed into fabric rolls, with all material waste fully recycled.

Using state-of-the-art dye plants in California, we conserve water and minimize waste while achieving vibrant, durable colors. The fabric then undergoes expert finishing to ensure the perfect look and feel before being cut with precision using Bierrebi automated die-cut machines.

Our final garments are sewn in California with the latest technology and shipped to our Arizona headquarters, ready to be delivered to customers around the globe.
