FREE RETURNS*

APEMAN is committed to ensuring that each customer is completely satisfied with his or her purchase. We are so confident in our products that orders can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the shipping date. After 30 days, product can be returned if unworn and unwashed. Every order shipped within the United States contains a FREE Return label that will allow you to ship the product(s) back to us without any cost to you. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the items by APEMAN. It may take an additional 3-5 days for the funds to post to your account depending upon your financial institution.

Limited exceptions apply:

  • Customized Singlets may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Belts may be only exchanged if unused.

                 

FREE EXCHANGES*

If you wish to exchange your APEMAN product for a different size, color or style, simply return the item(s) using the free return label provide within your original order (international orders do not include a return label) along with a brief note explaining which item(s) you would like us to send back to you. Exchanges will be shipped out to you within 7 days of receipt by APEMAN.

 

DEFECTIVE/FLAWED PRODUCTS

APEMAN stands behind all of our products. If your product has a workmanship or material flaw, you may return it for a full refund.

Simply return the item to us with the free return label sent with your order (international orders do not include a free return label) along with a brief note explaining the requested action.

 

*Customers will be responsible for shipping fees on all international returns/exchanges. APEMAN will credit international customers back on any shipping fees for a defective/flawed product at time of receipt of the product in our facility.
