FREE RETURNS*

APEMAN is committed to ensuring that each customer is completely satisfied with his or her purchase. We are so confident in our products that orders can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the shipping date. Orders shipped within the continental United States to a physical street address will contain a return FedEx shipping label in their package with instructions on how to return products. If you reside in Alaska or Hawaii or had your order shipped to a PO Box, please create a FREE Return label HERE. Returns being made from outside of the US can be sent to: Apeman Strong, 4060 West Fairmount Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85019 USA. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of the items by APEMAN. It may take an additional 3-5 days for the funds to post to your account depending upon your financial institution.

Limited exceptions apply:

  • Customized Singlets may not be returned or exchanged.

  • Performance Underwear may not be returned or exchanged.

  • Belts may be only exchanged if unused.

                 

EXCHANGES*

If you wish to exchange any APEMAN product for a different size, color or style within the US, we recommend you first order the correct item on our website, then ship your return back to us following the steps above. This will avoid your requested item potentially being out of stock by the time your return is processed. DEFECTIVE/FLAWED PRODUCTS

APEMAN stands behind all of our products. If your product has a workmanship or material flaw, you may return it for a full refund.

If you reside within the US, simply return the item to us with the FREE Return label created HERE along with a brief note explaining the requested action.. If you are an international client, please email us HERE.

 

*Customers will be responsible for shipping fees on all international returns/exchanges. APEMAN will credit international customers back on any shipping fees for a defective/flawed product at time of receipt of the product in our facility.
